The flowers are awesome. 
The expression came a little short. The eyes are too narrow(more round on top), and the upper lip pulls tight/straight across the teeth. The eyes look like she is squinting form sunlight. The mouth looks like she is about to say something. One thing animators, comic artists, and mwah uses is a mirror. Make the expression you want and study how the features are shape and how the muscles pull. Hang in there! Even pros have trouble time to time with expressions.
